30 days, any reason, full refund. If AirPane isn't right for you within 30 days of buying it, email [support email] and you get all your money back. No forms, no questions.

Try it first

Every feature works for 7 days before you pay anything. The trial is the best way to check that AirPane works with your AirPods and your Mac.

How to ask

• Email [support email] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt.
• Include your order number if you have it. If you don't, the email address is enough.

What happens next

• Payments are handled by [store], our reseller. They return the money to the card or account you paid with.
• Most refunds show up within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank.
• The licence key from that order stops working in a later update of AirPane.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway. If a macOS or AirPods update breaks a feature AirPane promised and we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

Please email before a chargeback

A chargeback costs a small developer a fee on top of the refund. An email gets you the same refund, usually faster.
